Delivery
We are currently delivering to within the UK only. We will aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
Standard delivery charge within UK is £3.95. Express delivery charge within the UK is £7. We offer free delivery for orders over £50.
All our UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are not accepting returns for any items.
We are happy to exchange any items considering the item(s) is in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your products. Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation within 7 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us page on our website.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of exchanges. Therefore, we recommend you to use a signed for or tracked label postage as we do not accept responsibility for any lost or faulty items.
Once your exchange has been inspected, we will process your exchange within 14 working days of receiving it. If the item to be exchanged is not in suitable condition, it may be returned back to the customer. However, we will contact you before we make any decision.
We want to always ensure that you are happy with your purchase and all items that you receive, however, if you receive a damaged item; an incorrect size; item or colour, please contact us via the Contact Page so we can resolve the issue.
